Finding Femininity Sensuality Class

This class is made for the woman who is looking to awaken their femininity. A lot of times, time, family responsibility, or even the challenges of life make us move into a space of fight or flight and that puts our femininity on the back burner. We are the provider and doer and have a hard time doing for ourselves. This class will help to allow your sensuality and softness to remerge and be seen again.

This class is broken up into four segments, Talk in community because our brains are muscles that need movement just like our bodies, The next is stretching, then on to the movement portion. You do not have to be a professional, in fact, these are fundamental moves to get us open to the gentle awareness of our bodies. We will learn to regain our confidence in the bodies that we have now.
