Cancellation Policy
We value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure that all of our clients have a positive experience, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us time to offer your appointment to another client. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will unfortunately forfeit their booking deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you!
